We would like to remind you that you have the following rights under Article 11 of the KVKK:

• To learn whether personal data is being processed and to request information about it,
• To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, either domestically or abroad,
• To request correction of personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly and to request that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
• To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring processing are eliminated, even though it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the KVKK and other relevant laws, and to request that the action taken within this scope be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
• To object to the emergence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• To request compensation in case of damages due to unlawful processing of personal data.

 

 

APPLICATION AND CONTACT

You may submit your requests regarding your aforementioned rights under the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) to our Company in writing, provided your identity is verified, and in accordance with the applicable regulations of the Personal Data Protection Law Institution. You can submit your applications to our Company by filling out the " KVKK Application Form " available on our website, by hand, by mail, or by secure electronic signature to info@moiscarf.com or moiscarf@hs06.kep.tr using your pre-registered email address with our Company. Your application will be responded to within 30 days. To receive a proper response to your application, your application must include your name, surname, Turkish Identity Number (TCKN) (nationality and passport number for foreigners), address information where we can send our response, and documents confirming your identity. If you are applying via email, your email address must be pre-registered in our systems. You must state your request in a specific, clear, and understandable manner. The matter you are requesting must concern you personally, or if you are acting on behalf of someone else, you must be specifically authorized to do so and provide documentation of your authority.

Consent to receive commercial electronic messages can be withdrawn at any time. You can submit your requests to withdraw previously given consent to receive commercial electronic messages and your communication preferences to our Company via the methods specified in the relevant communication, or via info@moiscarf.com , or through the Commercial Message Management System (CMS) platform in accordance with applicable legislation.
