When will my order reach me?

We deliver your purchased products to the shipping company within 1-3 business days from the date of order. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, country, or district. Domestic shipments typically take 1-6 days, while international shipments can take up to 4 weeks.

How much is the shipping fee?

Which cargo company will ship my order?

For deliveries within Turkey, we ship using DHL eCommerce Cargo (MNG). The products you order will be delivered to your address by the courier you selected. If you are not at the address you specified, you can pick up your package from the courier office using your tracking number. (If you do not collect your package from the courier office within 3 business days, the courier will return it to moiscarf.com.)

  

My order's package arrived damaged/crushed/wet, what should I do?

We carefully prepare your orders at our headquarters and deliver them to the courier company. If your package arrives damaged, it's due to the courier company's handling errors. In such cases, you must have the courier prepare a "Damage Assessment Report" before accepting the package so we can process a replacement.

Another thing you should pay attention to regarding the damage report is the courier staff's explanations. For example, a report such as "There is no damage to the package. The product is damaged." will be interpreted as meaning the product was not damaged during transit, which can create problems during exchanges. If your product is damaged, be sure to inform the staff member to ensure a complete and accurate report is prepared. (For example, the package was inspected upon arrival and found to be damaged.)

If you discover any damage after receiving your order, you must immediately notify your courier office and request assistance in preparing a damage assessment report. If you are unable to receive the necessary assistance from the courier office, please let us know.
